· The different type of skin and hair for each medical case from patient to another and the suitable laser device for each

· The different laser spot(12;18….) and influences( 6,7…12) even the different lase type( Alex & Yag)

· The medical instructions which should be followed strictly by the patient before and after laser session and during the hair laser removal treatment for the best result and patient safety during the treatment period.

And as Nurse in Derma and esthetic clinic ,I got the knowledge of:

• The different esthetic services can be afforded to the patient and what can be needed it and prepared for each medical service as a materials and instruments and medical equipments. (Mesotherapy, PRP, dermamylan, filler, botox, texas,….)

• The right use of patient medical file and management in order to facilitate and help the dermatologist to point, and follow his patient’s treatments.( treatment plan, patient consent, electronic medical file, ….)

And as dental assistant , I got the knowledge of:

• The different dental procedures can be offered and given to patient ( RCT manual and rotary way , extraction, composite, ….

• the use of x-rays machines as panorama machine, periapical x-rays device

• The different type of x-rays

• The different names of dental instruments and for what can be used and needed

• The different dental material ( bond , cement, articulating paper, k-files…)

• The different type of bridge and teeth ( porcelean, zircon, e-max, vineer..)

• The preparation of night guard and retainer using the right and suitable sheets for the patient.

• The fact of pouring of the dental cost correctly

• the right management of lab dental case which should be sended and received from lab and saved it with patient informations ( name, tooth number, shade , date to send and to receive… )

And as TQM coordinator, I got the knowledge of:

· Drafted meeting agendas, supplied advanced materials and executed follow-up

for meeting and team conferences.

· Managed the Receptionist area, including greeting visitors and responding to telephone and in person requests for information.

· Designed electronic file systems and maintained electronic and paper files.

· Wrote reports and correspondence from dictation and hand writing notes.

· Created power point presentation used for medical or business development .

· Created weekly and monthly reports and presentations.

· Created and maintained spreadsheets using advanced excel functions and calculations to develop reports and list.
